The prerequisite for the consideration of an alternative module is a written application by the student addressed to the Dean of Studies (Studiendekanin) at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences; the Dean of Studies decides whether an application will be approved. Prior to a decision being made, the Dean will obtain an opinion on the appropriateness of the replacement from the teachers of the study programm. The application may be rejected without reason and the student has no legal claim for action.
