What data do we collect?

The EMABG homepage collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information

If you contact us via the contact form, we collect the following data:

  • Your name and e-mail address. The message you sent to us and all data you may provide in the message is being forwarded to emabg@boku.ac.at.

If you apply for the EMABG programme, via the application database, we collect the following data:

  • All personal data given in your application process (application database, application form, CV, letter of motivation, recommendation letters) as well as submitted documents containing personal data (passport, bachelor degree, bachelor transcripts, university degrees, university transcripts, language proficiency certificates, certificate of current residence) as well as further data given during your student lifecycle.

You directly provide EMABG with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register and apply for the EMABG programme

If you agree, EMABG will share your data with the Consortium universities and their admission offices to process your application:
